Just purchased a new two seat club car from Mike and Kris. Both were very easy to work with, and patient with my questions. I had many as I’m not local to Durham and was spending 10k plus on a cart sight unseen. Mike delivered himself with all the modifications I had requested. Spent maybe an hour with me as I’d never owned a golf cart before. Can’t say enough about their positive, upbeat customer service.

I have worked with Nix twice now (battery replacement and all new tires) and customer service has always been top notch. They are extremely easy to work with and prompt with all communications. Highly recommend!

This week my Club Car golf cart charger stopped working. The cart and charger are barely 2 yrs old. Apparently these chargers go bad. I called Nix where I purchased the cart and as soon as I got to the store, they already had a brand new one ready for me to pick up – free of charge. They are going to handle the warranty return on their end at no hassle for me! Amazing service again!!!

Mike and Chris separate themselves from the rest by providing excellent customer services and making each customer feel important. They have always been very up front and honest about what I need for my cart, and have given me good recommendations as well for some changes I needed.

Bought a new Onward two person golf cart from Nix…amazing experience! Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable about everything. Never felt they tried to “sell” me anything. Recently went back for a cart enclosure and that was just as good of an experience as the original purchase. Also important to note that I went to several other places initially to inquire about purchasing golf carts and had poor experiences – so much that I almost threw in the towel. So glad I didn’t – these guys are great, honest, and care about their clients and reputation! Highly recommend.
